​ACTD Candidate Fee Payments

There are two ways you can pay for your candidate fee, PayPal (see below) or via check.  You may mail your check  to the Pre-Weekend committee at the following address:

Please make checks payable to Alamo City Tres Dias. 

The weekend Candidate Fee is $190.00. We have had to raise our fees this year due to the rising costs of food and other supplies/camp costs for the weekend.  This fee includes all of your lodging, meals, and drinks for the 3 days.

A minimum $30 registration fee must be submitted either by yourself or your sponsor to reserve your spot on the weekend as we do have a limited number of spots available each weekend. 

Scholarships are available.  If you would like to inquire about a Candidate Scholarship please send an email to the Pre-Weekend committee at preweekend@alamocitytresdias.org with your needs and they will get back to you regarding your request.

NOTE: Payment of fees alone does not reserve a spot on the weekend unless you have also sent in the candidate application form and sponsor packet.  In order to reserve a spot on the weekend, you must send in the candidate application, and sponsor packet and pay the minimum $30.00 fee.

PayPal Payments

In addition, we have enabled payment of candidate weekend fees via PayPal for those that want to use a credit or debit card to pay these fees.  There is an additional service fee that will be added to your payment when using PayPal as we cannot absorb their transaction fees and need to collect the full amount of your intended payment. You will see this in the form of a shipping fee on the invoice.

The following options are available for payment via PayPal using either your Credit Card,  Debit Card, or PayPal account.  Please read through these and choose the appropriate payment.

• Registration Deposit or Partial Payment: $30.00 + Service Fee of $1.11 = $31.11
  
  • This is the minimum payment in order to confirm a spot on the weekend along with your registration package.
    

• Partial Payment: $60.00 + Service Fee of $1.72= $61.72
  
• Partial Payment: $100.00 + Service Fee of $2.53 = $102.53
• Partial Payment: $130.00 + Service Fee of $3.14 = $133.14
  
• Partial Payment: $160.00 + Service Fee of $3.44 = $148.44
  
  • If you have paid the registration fee of $30.00 then this is the remainder fee owing.
    
• Full Candidate Fee: $190.00 + Service Fee of $4.36 = $194.36
  
  • This is the full candidate fee for the weekend.
